Hi there!
Choosing the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and it’s so important to find someone who truly sees and hears you. If you identify as queer, neurodiverse, feel a sense of disconnection with family, or find yourself struggling to fit in, we might be a good fit. My hope is to support you in finding meaning, fulfillment, and purpose in your life—whether that involves healing past wounds, understanding your identity, or navigating challenging life transitions. You don’t need to have all the answers or a clear goal; sometimes, simply exploring the questions can be a powerful part of the journey.
Our work together will be collaborative, rooted in non-judgment, safety, and respect. I draw from a trauma-informed and relational framework, making room for the unique nuances of your story. My approach blends psychodynamic principles with internal family systems (IFS), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), somatic practices, and mindfulness, all tailored to your needs. Ultimately, I want you to feel genuinely seen and heard in a way that resonates with who you are.
A bit about me:As a queer and neurodiverse person, I bring these perspectives into my practice, holding space for clients’ varied identities and stories. I work with individuals (16+), couples, polyamorous and non-traditional relationships, and I have a special interest in supporting parent and adult-child dynamics. I also offer psychedelic integration for those exploring these aspects of healing.
Sessions are available both in-person and virtually, Tuesday through Saturday. If something here has resonated with you, or if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to the possibility of connecting and supporting you on your path.
