"For things to reveal themselves to us, we need to be ready to abandon our views about them." - Thich Nhat Hanh

Hello and welcome!

I often work with people who feel and think deeply; those often carrying more than they let on. You might be feeling stuck in patterns that no longer fit, weighed down by confusing or complicated relationship dynamics, grieving losses, or questioning who you are beyond the expectations others have placed on you. Perhaps you’re exploring your identity, queerness, neurodiversity, belonging, or seeking meaning in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming or isolating. Whether you’ve experienced a significant life change or find yourself sitting in a quiet that feels too loud, our work together can be a space to gently untangle what’s been holding you back and begin moving toward what feels more authentic and true to you.

Those I work with tend to value honesty and directness. They are open to being challenged and to stepping into discomfort as part of the healing process, while still needing a compassionate space to sit with the complexities of their emotions and experiences.

My approach is rooted in a relational and trauma-informed framework. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and somatic and emotion-focused interventions, integrating these modalities together through a systems and feminist lens. This allows us to explore not only your internal world—your thoughts, feelings, body awareness, and the many parts of self that exist within—but also the broader context of your relationships and environment.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey at your own pace, grounded in safety, respect, non-judgment, and a deep awareness of nuance. Healing and growth often unfold slowly, quietly shifting the way you relate to yourself and others.

Bring your whole self and story into this space—the anger, contradictions, vulnerabilities, and all the complexities. You don’t have to be fully ready or perfect; what matters is your willingness to take the next step. I’ll walk alongside you with respect, care, and honesty.

I also support those navigating the unique, beautiful, and sometimes messy process of psychedelic integration, recognizing the powerful potential and challenges this can bring as part of a broader healing journey.

Sessions are available both in-person and virtually, Tuesday through Saturday.

If something here has resonated with you, or if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to the possibility of connecting and supporting you on your journey.

A little about me…

I’ve always been drawn to the quiet spaces where people feel safe enough to tell the truth about how things really are. What initially led me to therapy was a deep longing to understand myself and my place in the world. To find belonging and a deeper relationship with myself. I’m a lover of connection, authenticity, and the messy, beautiful parts of being human.

My work is shaped by my own lived experience as a queer and neurodiverse person, as well as a personal history marked by grief, loss, and complex family dynamics. There have been times when I struggled to like who I was, carrying anger alongside longing for acceptance. This journey of softening and self-compassion informs how I hold space for others.

I am committed to ongoing learning and unlearning, practicing what I offer, and staying curious about the parts of myself that are still becoming. I value balancing honesty and directness with gentleness and compassion, and I carry a deep reverence for the mystery of human experience and our connection to something larger than ourselves.
