Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative process between therapist and client that works to address the client's areas of concern. The therapeutic process promotes growth, awareness of self and others, and allowing space to process wounds.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy that aims to address each partner's relational concerns and needs. In session, both partners will work together to achieve safety and fulfilment within their connection. At times, couples therapy is also a space to process the ending of a relationship.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that aims to address each family member's relational, developmental, and emotional concerns. In this space, families learn to work in collaboration with one another to function safely as a unit. We welcome all varieties of family dynamics.
